Art is an absolute expert on San Diego housing. He listened to what we wanted, actively searched on our behalf, and found us the perfect place. His advice was spot on and invaluable, especially during the negotiation phase where I think we ended up with a great deal. Art was always available when we called or texted, was patient with us, and was fun to see houses with. His 20 plus years in the business really worked to our advantage.
