Selling with The Neuman Team
Selling a Downtown condo is about more than a sign and an MLS listing. Buyers for a Bayside or a Grande are shopping building by building, and many of them don’t live here yet. Our marketing is built to reach both: the neighbors who already know the building, and the out-of-town buyers who are searching for it. Here’s exactly what we do for every home we list, with real examples from our own campaigns.
Each of our building market reports covers one building: what’s for sale, what sold and for how much, and how it compares with its neighbors. We have published them for years, and the Bayside report alone is on issue #220.
The reports go out in targeted mail campaigns to more than 15,000 local and out-of-town buyers, so when your home comes on the market, it lands in front of the people already watching your building.

Your home gets its own printed piece, designed around its best features and views, and mailed to buyers and owners in your building and the buildings around it.
Our office at 516 5th Avenue, in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, is one of the busiest storefronts Downtown. Its windows display our current listings, each with a QR code that takes passers-by straight to the photos and details.
At the center is the Talking Window: a touch-screen display that lets anyone walking by browse our listings, right from the sidewalk.

Our own site
A dedicated page for every major Downtown building, with photos, HOA dues, amenities and a monthly market snapshot. Your listing appears on your building’s page, where buyers researching it already are.
Individual sites for 92101 buildings
We run more than 70 individual websites, each profiling one 92101 building, so buyers who search for a building by name find us first.
Syndication
Your home is syndicated to Zillow, Realtor.com and the other major real estate sites, and across the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.
Google and Facebook
Pay-per-click and social ads aimed at buyers searching for Downtown San Diego condos, locally and out of town.
Every new listing is announced on our social channels with its photos and highlights. For the right homes, we produce a video tour that shows what photos can’t: the views, the light, and how the rooms connect.
The video below is the tour for the same Grande North home as the brochure above.
