Once Scott came over I could tell he knew his stuff, I agreed he would be my agent and the process was underway. My condo was needing some repairs and improvements to make the sale more favorable. He has a large network as he arranged for all sorts of people to come by and do their work (plumbers, flooring, handyman, painters, stagers, etc.) in a timely manner. I learned to just let him take the reins and he will take care of all the headaches and stress for you! After a month or so later, we got my property listed, and they really made it shine! We got several offers and positive feedback from many of the prospective buyers. Scott helped me navigate these offers to choose the best one, and he really pushed for me in the negotiations with the buyer we chose. I definitely recommend Scott for those on the fence about choosing a realtor. He is very straightforward, honest, and can be easily reached at all hours of the day. He definitely made my home selling process smooth and pain-free!
