We first met Art in 2008 when we decided it was time to move out of our 1 bedroom condo as we had an almost 3 year old and a newborn. I don’t even remember how many houses we looked at with Art, but even though we asked him to set up viewings for many, he was always helpful and friendly. We kept that condo as a rental until this year, and when we decided to sell it, we called Art. He was the same as we remembered him from 13 years ago. He discussed selling prices and options with us, and we went ahead. A week after listing, we already had an offer, and he was spot on with his suggested selling price, even though it was higher than the recent sales in the area.
