Scott did an excellent job in selling our downtown condo. We had it listed for four months with another agent and decided to try Neuman and Neuman when that listed ran out. Scott and his team handled everything and our condo sold the first day it was listed. Quite a relief and quite unexpected. Interest rates were up and it was the holidays, but still Scott and his team knew what needed to be done to get it sold and they did!
