Real Marketing Inc. is congratulating the 2012’s Top 100 Downtown San Diego Real Estate agents! In the zip code of 92101, 895 sales were made, which is a 5.6% reduction from 2011.
Still, this does not stop the Top 100 agents from turning out great results. With 104 sales in 2012, CA Prudential’s Gregg Neuman was at the top of the list of Top 100 Total Sales in 92120. Gregg increased his sale’s record by over 18% and outperformed his closest competitor by over 3 to 1 in number of sales.
Making the top of the Closed Listing Sales and Closed Buyer Sales lists, Gregg and CA Prudential were the clear 2012 leaders of Downtown San Diego Real Estate.
