Watermark – Market Updates
Influenced heavily by European architecture, The Watermark is located at 650 Columbia Street in the Marina District. It features a variety of residences and amenities as well as a supreme location.
Units vary in size starting with a one-bedroom measuring 1,044 square feet. Two-bedrooms measuring 1,550 square feet. Three-bedroom models ranging in size from 1,720 to 1,800 square feet, depending on the floor. The Embarcadero model is a 1,445 square foot unit with two-bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The Tidewater is one of the largest floor plans in the complex measuring 1,782 square feet and containing two-bedrooms. The Seaport model contains two-bedrooms and measures 174 square feet.
