Watermark

Influenced heavily by European architecture, The Watermark is located at 650 Columbia Street in the Marina District. It features a variety of residences and amenities as well as a supreme location.

Units vary in size starting with a one-bedroom measuring 1,044 square feet. Two-bedrooms measuring 1,550 square feet. Three-bedroom models ranging in size from 1,720 to 1,800 square feet, depending on the floor. The Embarcadero model is a 1,445 square foot unit with two-bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The Tidewater is one of the largest floor plans in the complex measuring 1,782 square feet and containing two-bedrooms. The Seaport model contains two-bedrooms and measures 174 square feet. All units contain a balcony with a city or park view.

Residents of the Watermark have access to an on-site fitness facility equipped with strength and cardio training equipment. The complex courtyard is well landscaped with palm trees and greenery. The rooftop terrace can also be accessed by residents interested in entertaining under the soft glow of the city lights.
