Treo, bounded by Kettner Boulevard and A, B and India streets, is a 24 story, 326 residence development found in the Columbia District. Built as mixed use, Treo’s ground floor offers 2,000 square feet of retail space. Some of the many amenities offered by Treo include a lap pool, a large 3rd-floor roof terrace, a wet bar, a fireplace, a theater, an exercise center, and a barbecue patio.

Treo’s one, two and three bedroom condominiums are available in a wide range of floor plans and sizes. One bedrooms range in square feet from 621 to 1,139, and some residences feature a den or office space. Two bedrooms start at 1,107 square feet and range to 1,441 square feet and most offer a den or office space, as well. The three bedroom floor plans at Treo can even be as large as 2,123 square feet and some are two levels. In the terrace-like homes of Treo, one can find gas fireplaces, stainless steel appliances, and some residences have floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of bay and city views. Homeowners fees range from the mid 300s to the high 400s.
