Completed in 2008, Sapphire Tower is divided into three different low density designs – the Cosmopolitan Series, the Sapphire Series, and the Penthouse Series. This condominium tower is composed of 32 stories and 97 exclusive residences that feature floor-to-ceiling walls of blue glass and dual glazed windows to reduce undesirable sounds. All units at Sapphire Tower enjoy 10 foot ceilings and windows exposing the rejuvenating views of the bay and ocean to the west. Common amenities include the heated pool and spa, sundeck, luxurious club room and fitness center composed of his and her’s steam rooms.
