Across the street from PETCO Park and the Ball Park Village are the two towers of Park Terrace. These 223-unit mixed use buildings are 14 stories tall and are located on the block bounded by Park Boulevard, Tenth and Eleventh Avenues and K Street. Park Terrace offers tree-lined sidewalks, a gated parking garage, a fitness center, barbecue terrace with heat lamps, and secure building entrances.

Inside the units of Park Terrace one will find granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full size stacked washer and dryer, dual-glazed windows for sound insulation and exterior decks or terraces on most residences. Studios range from 441 to 619 square feet. One-bedrooms range from 694 to 905 square feet, some include a den and have approximately 1,065 square feet. Two-bedrooms range from 947 to 1,205 square feet. Homeowner’s association fees range from the low to the high $400′s.

In addition to the coveted location directly across from PETCO Park and the Ball Park Village, Park Terrace offers many stylish amenities and modern conveniences for its residents.
