Park Row, located at 701 Kettner Boulevard, is a 3-story, 220-unit development located in the beautiful Marina District. The complex offers six different models: the Balboa, Cabrillo, Valencia, Juarez, Ramona, and Granada. The Granada is the smallest one bedroom unit with 441 square feet of floor area. The Ramona is a slightly larger one bedroom with 606 square feet of floor area. The Balboa is a larger one bedroom with an optional loft and ranges in size from 761 to 973 square feet. The largest one-bedroom model is the Valencia which also has an optional loft and ranges in size from 782 to 1078 square feet. The Cabrillo is the smaller of the two bedroom units and also comes with an optional loft. The size of these units ranges from 1083 to 1295 square feet. The largest units in the complex are the Juarez model, which can range in size from 1072 to 1327 square feet. All models include a patio area from which the resident may enjoy a view of the city lights or park.

Park Row offers lush gardens and courtyards, and the unique layouts allow for personal residences with high ceilings. Homeowner’s fees start in the high $300′s and include water, trash, insurance, and sewer. Amenities include a pool, spa, barbeque area, clubhouse and underground parking.
