Metrome – Market UpdatesMetrome

Metrome, an 8-story, 184-unit complex, is located on the north side of J Street between Eleventh Avenue and Park Boulevard. This East Village complex was built by Barratt American, whose Urban Development projects won “every major award” in Great Britain. With its forward thinking approach to urban living, Metrome incorporated many amenities including a first floor fitness studio, underground parking with personalized spaces, a key-pad and call box at the secured entry gate, a clubhouse, barbecue space, and a Zen-inspired water feature. Inside the homes of Metrome residents find modern slate flooring in the entry, kitchens and bathrooms. Stainless steel appliances, Shaker-style maple cabinetry and pendant lighting compliment the kitchens. Studios at Metrome range from 571 to 718 square feet. One-bedrooms start at 735 square feet, and those with a media room range from 966 to 994 square feet. Two-bedrooms range from 1,116 to 1,224 square feet. Monthly homeowner’s fees start in the high $300′s. A history of good design, a great location, and thoughtful amenities compliment Metrome, an inspired take on urban living.
