The Meridian is a luxury residential condominium development that offers panoramic city, bay, and ocean views. Amenities at Meridian include 24-hour security, men’s and women’s health clubs, guest suites, and valet parking. Completed in 1985, this 27-story, 172-unit building offers a wide variety of floor plans. Some of the many options include one-bedroom one-and-a-half bath residences that range from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. Two bedroom two-bath residences range in square footage from 1,900 to 1,800. Two-bedroom two-and-a -half bath units range from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet. Homeowner’s association fees are in the $900′s.
