Electra – Market Updates

Electra

Electra is Downtown San Diego’s tallest residential tower. Standing 43 stories tall, Electra is an easy building to spot in the Columbia District on the corner of Kettner Boulevard and Broadway. Especially unique is the old façade of the historic San Diego Gas and Electric building incorporated into the bottom exterior of the building. This historic restoration allows Electra a generous lobby with concierge, and resident lobby that rises 60 to a skylight. Other amenities in Electra include an exercise room, pool, spa, barbecue area, outdoor fireplace lounge, and landscaped courtyard area.

Among Electra’s 248 residences, one will find a variety of floor plans. Some examples of the many residences available are two-bedroom town homes ranging from 1,341 to 1,551 square feet. Also available and offering spectacular views are two bedrooms around 1,160 square feet, and two bedrooms with a den at approximately 1,468 to 1,834 square feet. The Electra offers a variety of design features including bamboo, cherry, full height windows, and electric fireplaces in some residences.

With a modern design, San Diego Gas & Electric building history, art deco architecture, and a key location in the Columbia District, Electra is sure to become a landmark in Downtown San Diego.
