Diamond Terrace – Market Updates

Diamond Terrace

Located directly in front of the entrance to PETCO Park, Diamond Terrace is in the heart of Downtown San Diego. It was completed in 2005 and features tree-lined sidewalks, retail space conveniently situated on the ground floor of the building, and a gated parking garage.

Within the 113 residences, one may find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, full size stacked washer and dryers, dual glazed windows and deck doors for temperature and sound insulation, and exterior decks and terraces. Floor plans offer studios with approximately 484 square feet, one-bedrooms at approximately 840 square feet, and two-bedrooms at approximately 1090 square feet. Monthly Homeowner’s fees range from the mid $300′s to the high $500′s.

As a resident of Diamond Terrace, one may walk to the festivities at PETCO Park and share in the enthusiasm of a San Diego Padres game from this intelligently-located East Village community.
