The one to five residences per floor ensure privacy in this Cortez Hill complex. A concierge, key-card entry and 73 resident parking spaces complete the list of amenities.   Residences at Cortez Blu feature one to two-bedrooms and a luxurious penthouse. Most residences feature a private deck or balcony. The one-bedrooms at Cortez Blu range from approximately 580 to 973 square feet. The two-bedroom residences range in size from approximately 1,089 to 1,254 square feet, and the penthouse has 1,882 square feet and offers an expansive private terrace.
