CityFront Terrace – Market Updates

CityFront Terrace

CityFront Terrace is located at 500 West Harbor Drive in the Marina District. Built in 1993, CityFront offers 13 stories and over 300 residences, which include one, two and three-bedroom units ranging from 726 square feet to 1,875 square feet. CityFront stands as the largest brick building ever built on the West Coast, handcrafted from enduring materials that have become too costly for today’s budget-conscious contractors. Built to incorporate the 1920s-era Citrus Soap Factory, the structure includes an estimated 400,000 bricks.

The entry is grand, yet restrained. Within the two blocks of extensively landscaped private gardens that embrace CityFront are two swimming pools and sundecks for the exclusive use of residents, as well as a spa and gazebo with an outdoor barbecue area.

The residents’ clubrooms include a 3,500 square foot fitness facility and men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and sauna. There is a furnished entertainment suite with kitchen, bar, grand piano and business center. Optional valet parking, secure underground self-parking, and a 24-hour lobby attendant provide an extra measure of comfort. Homeowner’s Association fees range from $700′s+ per month.
