We had a complicated sale as we were moving out of state and buying a new home with the proceeds from our sale, so the timing needed to be perfect and there were a lot of things that needed to happen for our sale while we were out of the area. Scott took care of a lot of these details, for instance letting the cleaners in prior to close. Everything happened on time and went exceedingly well with Scotts help. Also Scott maintains a professional demeanor, and his office does a lot of marketing, two things missing in a lot of realtors today. You can do worse, you probably can’t do better than Scott.

I reached out to the Neuman team when I decided to sell my downtown condo. It was my first ever property so I had no idea what the selling process was going to be like. I reached out to the Neuman team after reading all the great reviews online. In no time, Scott gave me a call and introduced himself and we agreed to meet in person. Once Scott came over I could tell he knew his stuff, I agreed he would be my agent and the process was underway. My condo was needing some repairs and improvements to make the sale more favorable. He has a large network as he arranged for all sorts of people to come by and do their work (plumbers, flooring, handyman, painters, stagers, etc.) in a timely manner. I learned to just let him take the reins and he will take care of all the headaches and stress for you! After a month or so later, we got my property listed, and they really made it shine! We got several offers and positive feedback from many of the prospective buyers. Scott helped me navigate these offers to choose the best one, and he really pushed for me in the negotiations with the buyer we chose. I definitely recommend Scott for those on the fence about choosing a realtor. He is very straightforward, honest, and can be easily reached at all hours of the day.
