Trellis

Trellis is a 11-story, 149-unit condominium development located on the northeast corner of Fifth Avenue and K Street in Downtown’s dynamic Gaslamp Quarter. Amenities include a common entertainment courtyard and a recreational room. Convenience may be found in the 174 parking spaces and four high-speed elevators. The ground floor features 19,000 square feet of retail space.

Balconies or private patios are present in all of the homes at Trellis. Studios range from approximately 428 to 487 square feet and one-bedrooms range from approximately 647 to 694 square feet; those that include a den or office space feature approximately 800 square feet. Two-bedrooms at Trellis range from approximately 908 to 977 square feet.
