The Pinnacle Museum Tower is an 182-unit, 35-story luxury condominium development located at 550 Front Street in the Marina District.

Floor plans are available in one-bedrooms with 669 square feet, two-bedrooms ranging from 1,012 to 1,675 square feet, two-bedrooms with a den at 1,596 square feet, and three-bedrooms with a den ranging from 2,075 to 2,600 square feet. Penthouses at the Pinnacle range in size from 2,918 to 3,678 square feet. Units include a balcony with views of the city and bay. Homeowner’s Association fees start at the high $800s and upwards.

The spacious units are made even more dramatic and open thanks to the 10 to 12-foot ceilings. Residents can expect the most elegant finishes in marble, granite, imported ceramic tile, and polished woods. Units are also pre-wired for cable and high-speed internet access.

Residents of the complex have access to a state-of-the-art fitness facility with the latest strength-training and cardiovascular equipment. During the long summer days residents will have access to a 95′ lap pool, hot tub, cinema, fitness facility, private club, private guest suite, and 24-hour concierge service.
