The Meridian is a luxury residential condominium development that offers panoramic city, bay, and ocean views. Amenities at Meridian include 24-hour security, men’s and women’s health clubs, guest suites, and valet parking. Conveniently close to shopping, Horton Plaza, the Convention Center, the Gaslamp Quarter, the airport, movie and live theaters, and galleries, the Meridian also offers areas for entertaining, an expansive .75-acre park-like setting with a pool and spa, European styled kitchens including Subzero and Thermador appliances, and in-home security and life-safety systems.

Completed in 1985, this 27-story, 172-unit building offers a wide variety of floor plans. Some of the many options include one-bedroom one-and-a-half bath residences that range from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. Two bedroom two-bath residences range in square footage from 1,900 to 1,800. Two-bedroom two-and-a -half bath units range from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet. Homeowner’s association fees are in the $900′s.
